Modular site is underway in Mossley

Demolition is now underway on our first ever modular scheme in Mossley. The site in Tameside will comprise of 3x modular bungalows and 4x semidetached modular houses for New Charter Housing. This is a pioneering scheme and a first time experience for both Bowsall and new Charter.
