Planning submitted for Pendle garage
Planning has been submitted for 28 two and three bed houses on the site of a former petrol station in Barrow, Ribble Valley.
Great Places Housing Group will manage the properties upon completion and Paul Gerrard, Development Director at Bowsall commented “This is a site we identified to have huge potential and we were pleased when Great Places and the Local Authority shared our vision for the disused garage. The site will provide 28 homes for local families on a Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent basis, and I firmly believe this is the start of a flourishing relationship with Bowsall and all parties concerned”.
A decision on planning is expected in the coming weeks.
