Riverside progressing with Wakefield development

Riverside Housing Group and affordable housing developer Bowsall are on track to deliver 36 properties on a greenfield site in Wakefield.

Gibson Close, a previously undeveloped site is on track to complete and hand-over for March 2014 providing a mix of 2 and 3 bed properties for local families in need. Riverside Housing Group,Bowsall, and the Local Authority have worked tirelessly to bring to life this £3.7m development and both parties are excited and looking forward to seeing the finished development.
