Contracts exchanged on our first site in Shropshire

Contracts were exchanged today to acquire as site to build our latest project in Shrewsbury for the Wrekin Housing Trust.

The scheme will provided new 2 and 3 bed homes on this site adjacent to the historic Harlescott Manor. We expect our planning application to be submitted mid February with a start on site late summer.

The team at Bowsall have worked closely with the ‘good guys’ at Wrekin to make this happen. Lets hope it is the first of many.
